Calling LeadingAge Providers: What are Your Workforce Issues?

LeadingAge is telephoning members to explore their workforce challenges. We hope you'll take the call.

Did you miss your chance to complete the LeadingAge Workforce Survey?

No worries.

You can now complete the survey during a 15-minute telephone call with a representative of the LeadingAge Center for Applied Research (CFAR).

Our call will be directed to the human resource (HR) professional at your organization. If your organization doesn’t have an HR director, we’ll be calling the chief executive officer (CEO) or executive director.


The Workforce Survey is an important first step in a new strategic initiative to help LeadingAge members around the country strengthen their workforces.

The survey will provide LeadingAge with information about workforce-related issues and trends affecting not-for-profit providers of aging services. Specifically, we will study how workforce issues affect different business lines, including assisted living communities, nursing homes, and providers of home and community-based services.
