In the role of Long Term Services and Support (LTSS) Center Operations and Services Manager, Amma Addo manages the Leaders of Color Network and LTSS Center research project databases. Amma supports the work of the SVP Research/Co-director and VP and Head of LTSS Strategic Initiative and Operations; working on and supporting the Center’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion work activities and other workforce programs.

Amma, also, supports the implementation of the LTSS Center communications strategy (e.g., website, newsletter and social media platforms); helping to manage the collaborative work relationship with the LTSS Center staff (DC and Boston) and maintaining archives and center repository of LTSS Center products (presentations, speeches and other materials).
