Success in responding to shifting consumer preferences, new reimbursement/payment models, increased demand and a dramatically changing, competitive landscape requires strategic planning. 

This involves understanding the organization’s core competencies, as well as external market opportunities and threats. Strategies are a roadmap to guide the organization in achieving its goals.

Have we adopted or revised a strategic plan in the last 2 years? 

Is staff informed about our priorities for the next several years? 

Are our mission, vision and values still relevant? Do staff and board fully understand and are they committed to our mission, vision and values?
