Birch Haven Assisted Living opened in February, 2014. It is a 30 unit CBRF that is newly remodeled. It features private rooms with private bathrooms. Larger suites with showers in each are also available.

Birchwood Apartments are a 23 unit independent elderly apartment setting licensed as a RCAC. The Birchwood Apartments contain efficiency, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. Supportive services for tenants are provided on an as needed basis.
