Features Include

Lakeview Village is the largest CCRC in Kansas for people 62 and older.  Our campus has a neighborhood feeling with mature trees, two lakes and walking trails.  We off four dining venues and a wide range of housing from one-bedroom apartemtn homes to luxury villas with two-car garages and finished basements.  Our residents enjoy the children in our Child Development Center, volunteering at the What-Not Shop, or planting in the community garden, among the 90 clubs and activities offered.  We are in a building boomlet, offering new duplex plans in various sizes and budgets.  Our residents choose from several contract options including refundable plans and those offering significant tax deductions.  Our month service fee is inclusive and incorporates many extras like underground parking and a fitness membership.  Our Community and Wellness Center features a fitness and aquatics center, bistro, conference center, rehab center, beauty shop and much more.  We are located near shipping, dining and major highways.
