Bethel Lutheran Home has evolved into a continuum of care since it began in March of 1962. 

Bethel is owned and operated by 13 Lutheran congregations in and around the Madison community, governed by a 19-member board of directors and is affiliated wiith the Evangelical Lutheran Church in American (ELCA).
