Established in 1974, Wheat State Manor is dedicated to affirming the lives of our residents and their families on a daily basis. 

Wheat State is a mission and ministry of:  Emmaus Mennonite Church, Federated Church, Furley United Methodist Church, Grace Hill Mennonite Church ,Palmyra Baptist Church, Potwin Christian Church, Potwin United Methodist Church, Swiss Church, and Zion Mennonite Church.
