Features Include

As a PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) participant, you receive all the care and services covered by Medicare and Medicaid, as authorized by our Interdisciplinary Team, as well as additional medically necessary care and services not covered by Medicare and Medicaid.

Preventative care is covered and encouraged, as the focus is to help you live in the community for as long as possible.

The professionals on our Interdisciplinary Team are experts in working with older people. They work together with you and your family to develop your most effective plan of care.
