All hotel properties are in downtown Chicago or near McCormick Place. Please see the hotel map for the distance from hotels to McCormick Place, as well as those hotels that have shuttle service.

Airport Transit – from O’Hare and Midway Airports to downtown/McCormick Place – there is train service servicing both major airports to downtown Chicago. Please see more information, fares, and travel times at:
https://www.transitchicago.com/airports/Ride Share/Cabs – from O’Hare and Midway Airports to downtown/McCormick Place – Follow Ground Transportation and Ride Share/Taxi signs to get uber/lyft or cabs to downtown. Fares can be close to $50+ one way to downtown and ride share surge pricing can double it so just check your app before you commit. It can take 45-50 min to reach McCormick Place.

There are three main parking lots on the McCormick Place campus. All are ADA accessible. The LeadingAge Annual Meeting takes place in the North and South Buildings – so Lot A is designated as the primary parking location – 2301 South Prairie Avenue, Chicago, IL 60616. The parking rate is $25 for up to 16 hours and $38 from 16 to 24 hours, with no in-and-out privileges.
There is also hotel parking at both the Marriott Marquis Chicago and Hyatt Regency McCormick Place (each hotel is connected to McCormick Place by skybridge) – parking is $38 daily.

Yes. You can download the Annual Meeting mobile app and gain access to all the important event information at your fingertips. Plan ahead so when you arrive in Chicago, you’ll be ready to navigate! Stay tuned for more details when the app goes live in late October.

Conference registration scholarships are available to individuals who meet one or more of the below eligibility requirements:
- Emerging, mid-level and senior leaders of color affiliated with a LeadingAge provider member who have not participated in a LeadingAge conference in the last three (3) years.
- Full-time college or university students over the age of 18 with priority given to those who have never participated in a LeadingAge conference.*
- LeadingAge provider members unable to cover the full registration or participation fees and have not participated in a LeadingAge conference in the last three (3) years.
*Part-time students will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

All attendees, guests, speakers, organizers, volunteers, partners, vendors, and staff at any LeadingAge event are required to observe the following Code of Professional Responsibility:
LeadingAge is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form.
All communication should be appropriate for a professional audience including people of diverse backgrounds and cultures. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for the conference.
Be kind to others. Do not insult or defame participants. Harassment in any form, sexist, racist, or exclusionary jokes are not condoned at LeadingAge events. Participants violating these rules may be asked to leave the conference at the sole discretion of LeadingAge.

Attendee group registration: You will be prompted to create an event login with a password. If you need to return to your existing registration record, you may use this login and password or simply click on your registration record link in your confirmation email. Exhibitor registration: You will be prompted to login using your company name and password. More information is provided on the exhibitor registration site. You have to be a member to gain access to members-only registration rates for LeadingAge events! The login process will automatically qualify your membership status and display the member rate for you when you register. If you notice any discrepancy in the member rate not displaying, please contact meetings@leadingage.org so that we can check your account details. You may complete your registration (please hold off on the payment portion) while we get back to you. You may register at the LeadingAge member rate as long as your membership is current and approved.

Yes, payment is due at the time of registration. Registration opens July 17. Online registration requires a credit card. Please note we do not accept check payments. Please register online at https://leadingage.org/annualmeeting/

The 2023 Annual Meeting VIP package offers exclusive savings and benefits to provider members* who register to attend the full conference July 17 through July 21, only. View more information on the benefits of the VIP Program.
*Only LeadingAge provider members who provide direct care and services for older adults are eligible for the VIP Package rate. Associations, non-governmental organizations, and universities do not qualify for the VIP package. VIP registrations are non-transferable.

Please send cancellations in writing by e-mail to LeadingAge@Maritz.com in accordance with the below deadlines. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within one week of sending your cancellation, contact the LeadingAge Registrar at LeadingAge@Maritz.com to verify receipt.
After the cancellation deadline, cancellations may be considered in the event of approved extenuating circumstances (extenuating circumstances require documentation and must accompany your request). Please contact us in writing via email to meetings@leadingage.org.
Cancellations received by:
- October 9 – Full refund with no processing fee
- On or after October 10 – No refund

We understand plans change. To ensure the safety of financial information, LeadingAge does not permit transfers or substitutions. If you are cancelling an attendee in your organization and adding another person, please officially cancel the attendee who is no longer attending and they will be refunded as per our cancellation policies. The new attendee should register with their financial information. If you have any questions, please contact meetings@leadingage.org
