Registration Opens for Virtual Collaborative Care Tech Summit

 Registration is now open for the Collaborative Care Tech Summit 2022, to be held virtually June 7-8, 2022. “Connecting and Strengthening Workforce” is this year’s theme, to provide solutions to challenges that LeadingAge members and other care providers in the long-term and post-acute care (LTPAC) space especially are experiencing.
