New Webinar: Breaking Barriers to Awareness and Access to Aging Services

Deadline to Submit Late Reporting Request for Provider Relief Funds Extended

Providers who failed to submit a Provider Relief Fund report for Reporting Period 2 (RP2) by the March 31, 2022 deadline due to extenuating circumstances may submit late reporting requests to HRSA for RP2. HRSA has extended the request deadline to Wednesday, May 18 at 11:59 pm ET. Click here for more information.
