We are all living through a collective trauma. It’s important for us to acknowledge the mental and emotional impact of living through a crisis and remember that there is nothing disordered about feeling worried, scared, or anxious because of the pandemic. It’s also important to remember that folks already living with mental health diagnoses may be struggling with more, or exacerbated symptoms. So, as we continue to walk this path, we encourage you to seek resources and support.
