The term “data analytics” refers to the process of examining datasets to draw conclusions about the information they contain. Data analytic techniques enable an organization to take raw data and uncover patterns to extract valuable insights from it.
In 2020, the number of senior living providers investing in video conferencing quadrupled from the amount seen two years before. In addition, organizations investing in telehealth and telemedicine technologies doubled since 2018.

Just over half are using health information exchange (HIE) technologies, and nearly one-third have adopted advanced analytic tools, the latest technology categories added this year.
