Benefits Studies Underway for CCRC and Nursing Home Providers

Conducting their annual CCRC/Nursing Home Salary & Benefits studies, LeadingAge is once again encouraging members to participate in benefits surveys led by Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service (HCS). CCRC providers are asked to complete the study’s questionnaire by April 6th; whereas, Nursing Home providers should submit their data by May 4th. Both studies are being published by HCS in partnership with LeadingAge.

There is no cost to participate. Participants may purchase the results at the reduced LeadingAge Member price of $165, versus the $350 nonparticipant rate. Questionnaires can be downloaded at: www.hhcsinc.com.

The Reports covers management salaries, bonuses, non-management wages, and fringe benefits. Data will be reported by region, state, CBSA, revenue size, and bed size. Both for-profit and not-for-profit data will be separately covered. Information on eighteen fringe benefits, shift differentials, turnover rates, and other facility metrics will also be included.

Last year’s CCRC Report contained data from 506 CCRCs and covered 86,600 employees. The Nursing Home Report contained data from 1,611 nursing homes and included data from 166,200+ employees.
