Registration and Hotel Reservations

Exhibitor badge registration is now open. Click here to reserve your staff badges and housing.

This category applies only to individuals employed by a company exhibiting in the EXPO. Contractors or consultants are not eligible to have a badge under another exhibiting company's name. Please refer to the exhibitor registration fee table  for detailed exhibitor registration information, categories, and fees – including badge limit allotments.

Advertising & Pre-Show Marketing - Deadline Extended to July 19

EXPO Preview – This tabloid-sized publication will be distributed to thousands of potential customers and attendees weeks before the LeadingAge Annual Meeting. This publication focuses solely on the EXPO hall and offers you the opportunity to highlight new products or services and stand out from the crowd of other exhibitors with over-sized print ads. Booth Payments

All exhibit space payments were due by June 29, 2018. If the booth space reserved was not paid in full by June 29th you will risk losing the space selected or early rate. Click Here to make your online payment.

Be sure to check the location of your booth to ensure that this is the best place for your booth. If you have any concerns regarding your location, please contact the sales team to discuss re-location.Your digital booth profile is viewed on the conference website and accessible for attendees to view.

Event Space

You have the option of booking event space at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown  or at an off-site venue. If you would like to hold an event, submit an event form request by July 27, 2018.
