Groups Urge On-Site Vaccine Clinics at HUD Communities
A LeadingAge-coordinated sign-on letter urges HUD, CDC, and the White House’s Domestic Policy Council to “work together to ensure that HUD-supported affordable housing communities are prioritized for vaccines and have access to COVID-19 vaccine partners who will provide on-site vaccination clinics to residents and staff.”

Participation is now open for the 2021-2022 CCRC and Nursing Home Salary & Benefits studies, conducted in cooperation by LeadingAge's partner Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service (HCS). The studies is recognized as the standard for reliable and comprehensive compensation data , including management salaries, nonmanagement wages, fringe benefits, and other facility metrics.
Eviction Moratorium Continues Despite Ruling
On February 25, a federal judge in Texas ruled that the federal moratorium on evictions is unconstitutional. The ruling does not include an injunction; the moratorium for evictions for nonpayment of rent remains in effect. However, the decision will bring additional confusion to renters and landlords alike on the issue.
