In the role of Director, Moving Forward Coalition, Jennifer Baker leads the collaborative development and execution of a coalition-wide policy agenda. This includes managing and directing the steering committee in identifying and building consensus on policy issues; crafting and endorsing statements; developing advocacy strategies; and executing that strategy. Jennifer also tracks relevant policy developments; conducts focused research; and develops public- and policymaker-facing materials.
