Life Plan Community Salary & Benefits Study – Deadline Extended

LeadingAge Partner Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service (HCS) has extended their deadline for participation in the annual Nursing Home Salary & Benefits study – there’s still time for LeadingAge Members to participate!  Providers are asked to complete the study’s questionnaire by May 12, 2025. The Nursing Home Report will be published in July 2025.  A reminder that a separate Life Plan Community/CCRC study is also underway through April 28.Both studies are published by HCS in cooperation with LeadingAge.

The Reports cover management salaries, bonuses, non-management wages, and fringe benefits. Data will be reported by region, state, CBSA, revenue size, and bed size. Both for-profit and not-for-profit data will be separately covered. Information on nineteen fringe benefits, shift differentials, turnover and vacancy rates, and other facility metrics will also be included.

Last year’s Nursing Home Report contained data from 914 nursing homes and included data from 100,600+ employees.

To participate:

  1. Download the questionnaire at: https://www.hhcsinc.com/survey-questionnaires.html
  2. Email your completed questionnaire to Rich Cioffe.  Should you need additional time to participate, simply email HCS to request an extension.

There is no cost to participate in the studies. LeadingAge member participants may purchase the results at the special and discounted rate of $190, versus the $400 nonparticipant rate.
