As our Senior Director, Cybersecurity and Technology Systems, Jonathan Roy is responsible for the daily operations of the IT team and Technology Services within LeadingAge. This includes management of our Helpdesk and Managed Services Partner; responding to staff requests and queries; providing project management and support to Technology staff; oversight of our cyber security; and the retirement and implementation of obsolete and new Technology Systems.
