From CMS: New Tracking Module for Managing Provider Complaints
On December 22, 2025, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) implemented an online form for providers that need to report a complaint about a Medicare Advantage plan via cms.gov. Upon submission, these complaints will be sent to the Health Plan Management System (HPMS) Complaints Tracking Module (CTM). This memo outlines the process CMS will take to address the complaints.
