Deadline Extended: Life Plan Community Salary and Benefits Study

LeadingAge Partner Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service (HCS) has extended their deadline for participation in the annual Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC/LPC) Salary & Benefits Study – there’s still time for LeadingAge Members to participate! Providers are asked to complete the study’s questionnaire by May 4th, 2026. The results will be published in June 2026. A separate Nursing Home study is also underway with a deadline of May 11th. Both studies are published by HCS in cooperation with LeadingAge.

The national study covers 100 positions, including executive, nursing, therapy, dietary, activities, social services, maintenance, and administrative jobs. The Report also includes data on 20 fringe benefits, planned salary increases, turnover & vacancy rates, productivity, caseload, sign-on bonuses, shift differential data, and more.

Last year’s CCRC/LPC Report contained data from over 528 CCRCs and covered 90,100+ employees nationwide.

To participate:

  1. Download the questionnaire at: https://www.hhcsinc.com/survey-questionnaires.html
  2. Email your completed questionnaire to Rich Cioffe.  Should you need additional time to participate, simply email HCS to request an extension.

There is no cost to participate in the study. LeadingAge member participants may purchase the CCRC/LPC results at the reduced rate of $190, versus the $400 nonparticipant rate.
