As LeadingAge’s Manager, Policy Initiatives, Dylan Vargas, coordinates and manages policy projects to carry out specific strategies for our new state model policy project. This includes coordinating member policy advocacy and supporting engagement with external partners by working closely with LeadingAge’s other policy staff, state partners, and other organizations and coalitions concerned with issues affecting aging services.
