The bill proposes to fully fund rental assistance programs like project-based Section 8 and Section 202, HUD’s flagship senior housing program, but proposes cuts to programs like the HOME Investment Partnerships program and does not seem to address the need for repairs to Public Housing and the increased demand for Housing Choice Vouchers.
