As our Senior Vice President of Research and Programs, Carey Candrian provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of the Long Term Services and Support Center’s (LTSS) research agenda and programmatic initiatives, aligning with LeadingAge’s strategic plan. Carey guides future growth of the Center, shaping the integration of the research and programmatic work areas where appropriate, and ensuring relevance to the LeadingAge membership.

Carey is also responsible for cultivating relationships with funders, sponsors, and other stakeholders that leads to bringing in new resources for the Center’s research initiatives. And ensures that research is applied and conducted with a focus on creating an evidence-base for aging services policy and practice; and that programs are developed that provide value to members.
