The Centers for Medicaid and CHIP Service (CMCS) released annual adjustments to Spousal Impoverishment Standards for 2023 on May 11. These updates are completed by analyzing Supplemental Security Income (SSI) federal benefit rate and the Consumer Price Index (CPI) changes.
