Build the leadership muscles you need to step into future leadership roles by participating in the LeadingAge Next Level Leadership Series. This virtual series guides a small cohort of rising stars and high-potential professionals through the core practices of leading from within—a deep dive into who you are as a leader, how to leverage your strengths, and ways to fine-tune your leadership skills. Subject matter experts will lead participants through a seven-part learning journey to uncover effective leadership skills, gain a greater understanding of their unique style, and increase competencies for their leadership toolbox.

The series is broken up into seven, 2.5-hour virtual sessions (plus an orientation) that runs November 1, 2023 through January 18, 2024. Each session features an expert guest speaker who will bring their unique leadership knowledge and coaching to the virtual classroom as they guide participants through exercises and activities.
