The Hospice CARE Act of 2026

Rep. Linda Sánchez (D-CA) and Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA) re-introduced The Hospice Care Accountability, Reform, and Enforcement (CARE) Act of 2024 on March 17, 2026. This landmark legislation was first championed by retired Rep. Earl Blumenauer (D-OR) in 2024.
