The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has completed the update of a series forms required for Multifamily Section 8 Programs. The documents in this package have been cleared and are ready for use and can be accessed through this HUDCLIPS link.

The updated forms include new HAP contract forms. However, updated forms needed to implement the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act (HOTMA) are still forthcoming from HUD.
