The Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health in Nursing Facilities (COE-NF) has created a Behavioral Health Needs Assessment that can be used by nursing homes to improve resident care and comply with Facility Assessment and Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement requirements. This resource will walk providers through a process to identify current needs, assess current capacity, identify gaps, and develop and implement a plan to address identified gaps. Check it out here.
