“The Medicare Advantage Prompt Pay Act,” a bipartisan, bicameral bill introduced on September 19, 2025 by Sens. Catherine Cortez Masto (D-NV) and Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) and Reps. Jodey Arrington (R-TX) and Linda Sanchez (D-CA), focuses on ensuring Medicare Advantage plans pay promptly.
