Senator Carper (D-DE) and Senator Cassidy (R-LA), and Representative Blumenauer (D-OR) and Rep Wenstrup (R-OH) reintroduced the PACE Part D Choice Act on May 18. The bill would allow Medicare-only PACE participants to choose between the PACE Part D Plan or a standalone Medicare Part D plan, which would offer these participants significant savings. This choice would allow older adults to pick the plan that works for them without incurring unnecessarily.
