The dashboards, made available in the 1.18 update, equip providers to track clinical trends, identify residents at risk, pinpoint problems and improve community protocols. Asbury Communities Pilots Preventive Care Technologies

Asbury Communities, a LeadingAge CAST Patron, is implementing pilot programs to contribute to preventive care research.

REACT Neuro is testing virtual reality tech for cognitive assessments–ultimately to identify early markers of neurological disease and develop treatment plans to support people with potential cognitive decline, according to an article in McKnight’s Senior Living.

In another pilot study in partnership with Harvard University Brigham & Women’s Hospital and ThriveWell Tech, Asbury is also helping determine whether streaming data can help predict COVID-19 infections in advance. The pilot involves using a biosensing watch to measure vitals combined with electronic medical records and medications, the article said.

Eversound Launches Facilitated Telehealth Hearing Program

Eversound, a company providing hearing technology and interactive programs to senior living communities, announced the launch of the “first fully facilitated tele-audiology hearing health program in the United States,” The Hearing Review reported.
