Netsmart, a LeadingAge Bronze Partner with CAST Focus, has earned the fifth consecutive top-performing technology solutions and services award in the 2021 Black Book™ survey, the annual client-user experience polling of mental and behavioral health providers. BusinessWire carried the news.

Netsmart received the highest client satisfaction in the category of behavioral health electronic health record (EHR). The Black Book Market Research survey included responses from 2,420 mental and behavioral health clinicians and professionals, including more than 1,600 psychologists, social workers, counselors and mental health specialists. The top performing EHR award included findings based on responses covering order management, charting, electronic prescribing and patient portal.
