Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Provider Preview Reports for the October 2024 refresh of Care Compare and the Provider Data Catalogue were initially released on July 15 with the opportunity to request correction through August 14. However, due to a technical glitch that prevented the posting of SNF Provider Preview Reports for swing-bed providers, CMS has reissued SNF Provider Preview Reports for this period for all providers. Providers may review these reports and request corrections by September 23, 2024. Recall that providers may only request review of existing data; no corrections to underlying data will be accepted.

SNF Provider Preview Reports are available through iQIES. To access these reports:

1. Log into iQIES at https://iqies.cms.gov/ using your Health Care Quality Information Systems (HCQIS) Access Roles and Profile (HARP) user ID and password.
2. From the Reports menu, select My Reports.
3. From the My Reports page, locate the SNF Provider Preview Reports folder. Select the SNF Provider Preview Reports link to open the folder.
4. Displayed for you is a list of reports available for download. The reports or files are listed in descending order with the newest displaying at the top of the list.
5. Select the desired SNF Provider Preview report name link and the report will display.
