On February 11, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) resumed updates to the Care Compare website. Along with that, hospice providers can now access the latest Provider Preview Reports via CASPER which contain provider performance scores for the May 2025 refresh hospice Care Compare refresh.
In the May refresh Hospice Item Set measures along with CAHPS measure scores will be updated.
CAHPS Star Ratings will be refreshed again in August and claims-based measures will be refreshed in November.
