The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has released an updated version of the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Advance Beneficiary Notice of Non-coverage (ABN) Form CMS-10055. This form, used to notify Medicare Fee-for-Service patients of potential financial liability for services such as skilled nursing or rehab therapy, is available now.
