The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Innovation Center (CMMI) released the Calendar Year (CY) 2025 Requests for Applications (RFAs) for the Value-Based Insurance Design (VBID) Model, including the separate RFA for the Hospice Benefit Component, along with an accompanying data book and a request for information. A fact sheet summarizing the key changes to the Model for 2025 can be found here.
