On July 22 LeadingAge summited a comment letter in support of a proposal from the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) to move marijuana from Schedule I to Schedule III under the federal Controlled Substances Act.  The content and timing of the DEA’s final policy decision is unknown.
