East Tennessee Health Information Network (etHIN) is a non-profit Health Information Exchange (HIE) founded in 2005 to provide secure data sharing for healthcare providers in Tennessee. etHIN enables authorized providers to securely access and exchange patient information, improving care coordination and enhancing patient safety while helping reduce healthcare costs in the state.
