On March 6, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) published the Final January 2025 Interim Performance Reports (IPRs) for the expanded HHVBP Model on iQIES.

In addition to the normal information on the IPRs, such as cohort assignment and performance data, the January 2025 IPRs include a new worksheet titled “CY 2025 Baseline” that reports on an agency’s preliminary Improvement Thresholds for the CY 2025 applicable measure set.

In February, LeadingAge launched the Home Health Value Based Purchasing Workgroup which will be working to improve member achievement on the CY2025 measures. As part of the workgroup, we are asking providers to submit information from their IPRs in a survey which is linked at the bottom of the workgroup’s webpage. The collection of this data will help staff and our outside consultants track measure improvement over the course of the year.
