FY 2023 SNF PPS Final Rule Includes Fix to FSES Problem
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) released the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Prospective Payment System (PPS) final rule on July 29. In this rule, CMS also addressed a long-standing problem related to the FSES for Life Safety Code compliance.
