Starting January 1, 2027, the Annual Payment Percentage adjustments (APP) will be applied to all Medicare Fee-for-Service home health claims with through dates in the payment year Calendar Year (CY) 2027. LeadingAge strongly encourages members to download their Preview CY2026 Annual Payment Reports (APR) from iQIES (instructions here) and review their APP which is prominently displayed on the “Overview” tab of the report. The CY 2026 APRs provide the APP based on performance in the CY 2025 performance year.

Home health agencies (HHAs) have 15 calendar days to submit a recalculation request for their “Preview APRs” if they find evidence of an error in their report.
