Home health providers can now access their Provider Preview Reports on iQIES. These reports contain provider performance scores for quality measures which will be published on the Care Compare in the April 2026 refresh.

As finalized in the CY2026 Home Health Final Rule, the COVID-19 Vaccine: Percent of Patients Who Are Up to Date will no longer be included in Preview Reports starting April 2026. This measure, which was only publicly reported once in the January 2026 home health Care Compare refresh, will no longer be utilized.
