The November 2024 quarterly refresh for the Hospice Quality Reporting Program is now available on Care Compare. As a reminder, November is the one time a year when the claims-based hospice measures, Hospice Care Index and Hospice Visits in the Last Days of Life, are updated.

LeadingAge is currently working on updating the members-only Hospice Trends Report and will issue notice to members when that update is complete and ready to be viewed.
