The February 2025 quarterly refresh for the Hospice Quality Reporting Program is now available on Care Compare.

In this refresh, Hospice Item Set measure scores and Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) measure scores have been updated. This refresh also includes the bi-annual update of CAHPS Star Ratings calculated based on data from Quarter 2, 2022 through Quarter 1, 2024. The claims-based measures remain the same from the November 2024 refresh.
