Hospices can now access their latest Provider Preview Reports via CASPER, which will be publicly reported in the Care Compare November 2025 refresh.
November’s refresh will include the yearly update to claims-based measures, reflecting claims data collected from Q1 2023 through Q4 2024.
Hospice Item Set (HIS) measure scores are based on HIS data submitted by hospices from Q1 2024 through Q4 2024. CAHPS measure scores are based on CAHPS data submitted from Q1 2023 through Q4 2024.
CAHPS Star Ratings will remain the same as the August 2025 refresh.
