The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services submitted Fiscal Year 2025 Hospice Wage Index, Payment Rate Update, and Quality Reporting Requirements (CMS-1810) proposed rule to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review. OMB’s review is the final step before approval and publication of any proposed or final rules. It is likely the hospice rule will be published by the final week of March or the first week of April 2024.
