The February 2023 quarterly refresh for the Hospice Quality Reporting Program is now available on Care Compare. This is the first refresh of the CAHPS 5-Star Rating for hospices. This refresh also includes claims-based quality measure updates (Hospice Visits in the Last Days of Life, Hospice Care Index), the Hospice Item Set, and the CAPHS measure scores.
