The House Committee on Financial Services, which has jurisdiction over housing policy, has scheduled its first affordable rental housing hearing of the year. On June 21 at 2 p.m. ET, the committee will hold a Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) oversight hearing and receive testimony from the HUD inspector general.
