Eligible HUD-assisted housing providers can use this form to request reimbursement for certain COVID-related expenses completed by January 31, 2023. The request deadline is February 21, 2023.

We successfully advocated to Congress to secure the CSP funds, which reimburse housing providers for certain COVID-19 related expenses, and is pleased that the final version of the form is now ready for multifamily providers to use to submit their requests for this round.
